About the Event
Join Kababayan Youth for a hands-on session where participants will learn how to respond safely and effectively when burn injuries occur. Many burns happen during everyday activities such as cooking, handling hot liquids, or using heated tools, and knowing what to do in the first moments can make a big difference.
This free workshop will help youth build practical knowledge and confidence in responding to burn-related emergencies.
What You Will Learn
• Recognize common burn risks in everyday life
• Understand different types and severity of burns
• Respond quickly and safely after a burn injury
• Practice real-life emergency response scenarios
• Know when and how to seek medical help
At the end of the session, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
