About the Event
Kababayan Multicultural Centre invites you to join our KMC Seniors Program (Downtown) for Learn, Move, Connect, a free event designed to support seniors through education, wellness, and community engagement. The day includes two sessions designed to support both learning and well-being:

Session 1: Hire Your Own Caregiver – A Simple Guide to Direct Funding
Delivered by the Centre for Independent Living in Toronto (CILT), this session will share information on how individuals with disabilities can hire and manage their own caregivers through Direct Funding. Participants will learn about available options, how the process works, and what support may be available.

Session 2: FREE Zumba Session
Led by Bong Rosacena, this session offers a fun and engaging way to stay active. It’s a great opportunity to move your body, reduce stress, and connect with others in the community.
Through free events like this, we aim to support seniors through:
• Sharing practical information and resources
• Encouraging active and healthy lifestyles
• Creating opportunities for social connection and community engagement 🗓 Date: April 18, 2026 (Saturday)
