Speaker: Aimee Pugao

Aimee Pugao is a trauma-informed psychotherapist with over a year of clinical experience. She also holds a leadership role within a municipality in the Greater Toronto Area. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice, attachment theory, and nervous system regulation, supporting individuals in understanding their experiences and moving forward with steadiness and self-trust.
