Join us for a free online session on building resilience while navigating life and career changes in Canada.
In recognition of International Women’s Month, this session will explore how resilience can support individuals, especially women, as they navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with migration.

Our guest speaker, Jocelyn, is a governance professional and business strategist with over 25 years of experience across the nonprofit and business sectors. She is also one of the administrators of “Kain Tayo,” a Facebook community with over 60,000 members that supports people who started small food businesses during the pandemic.
She will share practical insights on how newcomers can build resilience and apply strategies to cope with major life changes, with a focus on career, family life, and personal well-being. What You Will Learn
